Thanks Ptaul
Thing just stopped starting. I swapped the Crank sensor but same deal. I do have spark but its weak.
So which one turns on the fuel pump? I don't smell fuel out the pipe when cranking. Fuses are fine. Swapped relays.
Suppose it could be the inside fuse box. Truth be told I have not checked for power at the pump or tested rail pressure. Once I get it towed home I'll get a little more into it.

The crank sensor does all of that. Weak spark tends to lead me toward the IDM-Intelligent Driver Module-passenger compartment fusebox.

Only seem to have 10.5 volts to the fuel pump when cranking. Think that would still be enough to get it to start. I have zero psi at the Schrader valve so this is looking like a bad pump. Still doubtful. Pulled it and it does still spin although very slowly. It will start for a quick second on starting fluid so fuel is the issue. Seems as I get older I take all the wrong steps to fix stuff.

Fixed Update.

Once I was able to get my proper diagnostic head on and proper tools it ended up being a bad fuel pump. This was not my first option as it was so odd how the pump decided to die after the car was driven and parked. I did replace the IDM before replacing pump since I had verified power at the pump and pretty weak spark. The Rover is running well and stronger than it has in a while. The IDM may have been broken also since before sometimes when opening the door all the blinkers would blink a few times. Not doing this now so that's a good thing. Its also running very well without any check engine lights which if I really pushed it(climbing a hill)would sometimes pop on.

Thanks PT for your ideas and help.
