Can anyone name the manufacturer of this bumper and advise if the lights that are missing are specific to the bumper? Are the lights generic or perhaps can be reused from the stock bumper?

TJM. Those are the factory D1 lights Mounting is goofy. It has lots of brackets down the side of the frame rail

So, it would be challenging to remove if a bit rusty?

I bought a used one and half the mounting brackets looked like recoveries from the titanic so I had to make new ones. I found the pdf instructions on this site but can't seem to find the thread. They had nicely scaled iso drawings of all the bracket so reverse engineering was pretty easy.

It goes something like this. they bolt through that frame hole where a jate ring would go.

So if thats the hole they use You should be able to snap the head off those bolts with a good 1/2 inch long ratchet.

Its that along with the stock tabs on the rear crossmember. There is also some angle piece that they use that requires drilling a hole in the frame. I skipped that. I think most people do too. You'd have the cut the end caps off the frame of a NAS truck to use them anyway.

Thanks for all the info and advise. I’m feeling better about being able to get it removed as it sits. I will bring my little acetylene torch kit just in case some bolts need to be cut. It looks like a great bumper. By the way, I found a website that still lists it for sale new. I expect they just never removed the listing as TJM doesn’t show it available and I suspect hasn’t made one for years.
