162wh54t6pf262962 this is a crappy grand am, my buddy was backing out of a parking spot and this guy waved him out then rammed him. This guy is wanting 1500 bucks for this thing that looks like it has been run through a pencil sharpener. Trying to see how many times this guy has tried this trick.

ill check carfax in a minute. this reminds me: i got a speeding ticket once and had to go to a drivers class. the instructor said NEVER tell someone they can turn, either by hand signal, words, etc. he said that you are liable because you are directing traffic, and only police are authorized to do so. In other words, because this guy was directing him to do something, he is responsible. Not sure how true this is, or how hard it is to prove, or if its even worth the effort on your end.
