Champion sparkplugs

I pulled the plugs out of my 96 discovery , they are RN11YC4.
I went to 3 different stores and they wanted to sell me RC12MC4.
Are these the correct plugs?
They are the smaller hex nut size and look a little longer in the tip.

The RN11YC4 is also a Champion 322 and are indeed correct for your truck.

The RC12MC4 is the plug I use in the DII, it's Champion P/N is 318.

It says on Napa's website that they carry the Champion 322 for a buck 59 a piece! Can't beat that!

Would you also recomend the RC12MC4 (Champion P/N 318) for a 2000 P38 4.6?

And the Champion 322 for a 95 3.9 RRC?
