I don't think so. I went past the one on 95 just north of Fredericksburg last night and they were putting up the concrete barriers to block it off.

Do you mean the one right outside of Fburg exit? If so, they just finished building that one recently. Hahaha. Closing it down already.

Yup along I-95 it is. You can put your car in park, walk to the tree line, take a dump, walk sloooowly back to the car, smoke a cigarette outside. And then, maybe then it will be time to move another 20 yards.
