Crazy awesome right here. http://link.brightcove.com/services...p_Vh4qBcIZDrvZlvNCU8nxccG&bctid=2587964482001

For some reason I see Kennith as a closest Brony.

I keep all my pony toys locked in the top right cabinet.

This is a crazy video. Crazy sad.

This is what you get when compassionate liberals take American taxpayer money and give it to poor people to get things that they don't deserve and won't take care of. Absolutely disgusting.

I looked up the ZIP code.

White, yuppie morons paid $220K for a house south of I-20 and west of the connector in Atlanta.

"We'll help gentrify the neighborhood! It'll be awe-some!"

There are many ZIP codes in and around Atlanta that could be nice. Before the bust, monied (or in hock) white thirtysomethings would buy an old house and fix it up. They hoped that the rest of the neighborhood would follow.

In most cases, it did not, due primarily to the bust and the fact that some folks just like living in shit conditions. They're also not a fan of their property tax rates being drug up the ladder by these interlopers.

These types gentrified an area of New Haven over the past decade and finally received their first realistic revaluation since the neighborhood was spruced up. They were all begging the city to allow a phase in and what not since the spike in their tax bill was just too much to handle. Amusing to watch.

I'm sure GA property taxes are a bit easier to swallow than here. For every $100K of assessed value figure on paying anywhere between 4K to 4.5K depending on the years budget in New Haven.

The guy with that house is a moron. I don't rent section 8 because I don't need to right now but would in a second if I had the right property. You have the right to inspect the property whenever you want, whether they are home or not. If they are tearing it up you can get them out pretty quick and most of the time the government paid for it. He was probably to scared of the tenants to go over there, which is never good. Here is a thought. He was getting a grand a month, that place is for sale for 60 grand. After insurance and taxes that around 12 percent. Not a bad return.

Some people just aren't meant to live outside the zoo.
