The cruise control on my 96 Disco one hasn't worked in years. I replaced the switch and vacuum lines.
The only thing I can think of next is the relay. The book says it is under the pax side dash but which relay? There are about 6 in the pack and they are not labeled.
Any advice?

Roy:)

Take vacuum pump unit from behind headlight if that is where yours is. Open unit and there should be a small motor that drives vacuum pump. Spray some lubricant on this as sometimes water causes it to seize up. Did it to mine and is now like a new one.

The ECU is behind glove box. Remove glovebox and find the ECU that looks like the one in the pic. I believe the large plug has a metal clip holding it on. Removing those little nuts hold it in is a real pain. It's been a long time since I replaced mine and I don't remember what it looks like under there.

If you search on here, you will find pics somewhere.
