youre talking about the same calipers. 110 rears are a bolt on to a d1/90/rrc

and if you have a salisbury its not going to have d1/90/rrc calipers so thats a whole nother story. why not post the pic here? No ones going to go digging for it on facebook

I just re-read your post. We are apparently talking two different calipers as the 110 calipers use a much larger pad and the pistons are much larger as well.

The Salisburys need some more bits like new stub axle and rotor to space things just right to make the disc brake calipers fit..

Also, I'm now putting 110 front calipers on the rear axle. I received the stock and made the first cuts and have them mocked up. I need to recover a bit from my hernia surgery before I can finish the mounting plates.

I posted a pic on Facebook.

I saw that. You know RedWinch makes bolt-on brackets to run 110 calipers in the rear of a regular axle, right?

So I bolted on the 110 front calipers (on the front of m D1) on Sunday. Easy as pie.

All the auto parts stores around here only had 8" hard lines, which are about 1-2" too short to reach from the flex hoses to the D110 calipers, but fortunately my D1 hard lines were in good enough shape to be bent and installed. It's surprisingly easy to add a bend or two to them and have them look very clean and tucked away. But I do want to replace 'em when I get around to it, since who knows how old they are. The flex hoses (which I replaced) were certainly freaking old, possibly original . . .

Thanks to everyone for the encouragement to go for it rather than starting over and trying for vented rotors. Have only taken it around the neighborhood thus far, but it feels vastly improved.

Correct, I can see they're fronts. PM said rear D110 calipers, you said they need adapters, which I was agreeing with Rob and Jimmy on.
