not the worst thing I've ever seen

still, it's a futile effort...all that money for materials and hard work go into making a product that you could maybe hope to make $100 on if you don't value your time very much.

Oh yeah? Know something we don't?

Nothing yet, just bad memories from the bottorf fiasco. No positive or negative's from me yet, just saying.

If they have RLC Fab building these for them, there is NO worry about quality. RLC's welds are the best you'll see. Luke has one of his custom made bumpers on his D1.

So my question to the o.p., who is building these bumpers for you? Also, like a previous post says, post up some better pics using photobucket or something. Or better yet, I'll stop on out to LaGrange and take a look myself.

damn, I was in LaGrange last weekend on the way to the race. I would have liked to have seen one up close.

I would suggest posting up some very detailed photos of the construction/design of the bumper and the quality of the welds, metal, mounts, etc. I really like the look of it personally, but wouldn't order one from you because I have no idea the integrity of the design. You are going to get your balls busted here until you post up some more detailed info on how they are built.

I also second the notion of moving the recovery points from the bottom and putting them on the flat surface by the fairlead cutout.

Other than that its a good looking bumper and the price is pretty good.

edit: I might go back up in a few weeks to see some friends. I've been wanting to go up to the quarry and float around, I hear its a hell of a time up there. Blake if you go up there I would take a float and 6 pack and go out there afterwards.

I REALLY hope that is not true.

Curious as to why the o.p. hasn't updated this thread though.

Lee, didn't the quarry just have a building collapse with people in it?? That place has got to be locked down tight after that!
