D2 trailer hitch wiring harness for RV style 7 blade plug

I have an 01 Disco 2. It has a hitch installed with a Landrover stamped 7 round plug(I think that’s a UK style?). However no wires are coming out of the back of the plug so I don’t think it’s hooked up. I’d like the ability to pull an RV trailer with the 7 way flat blade plug, and also ideally have a 4 way flat plug for smaller trailers as well—it seems to me that you can find harnesses online that have both the 7 blade and 4 flat combo, not sure they work with the Disco though. I understand that I will need. Brake controller. An easy way around wiring one up seems to be a Bluetooth brake controller. But I still need to wire up a 7 flat plug. I see where Atlantic British sells and plug n play for a 4 flat plug that apparently plugs directly into the harness behind the passenger side taillight(I have yet to remove the twilight to take a look back there). If I bought that, could i use a 4 way to 7 blade adapter+the Bluetooth brake controller? Seems maybe like a convoluted way of doing it, but if it worked would avoid a bunch of splicing wires. Thanks for any help!

Trailers in the U.S. use the same lamps for both turn signal and brakes; in the Disco they're separate wires for separate lamps. The adapter AB sells combines the turn- and brake-lines so they can be used with U.S. utility trailers, which use the common 4-pin flat connector with Ground, Left, Right, and Tail light lines. The 7 pin connector also has +12V power, backup, and brake lines, which you'd have to wire in separately.
