TADA!!!
OK -- removing the hood (bonnet) looks to be a have to on this - but you can get away without taking off the window side moldings.
Turns out all 3 bolts that hold in the wiper motor were out and the motor was just flopping in the hole... All fixed now!
Also - -its easier (much) to get the tabs in if you take a knife and trim the rubber window goo so the clips dont get hung up on it. Once trimmed it slips in as easy as when it came out...

Thanks all for the help!!

I stand in awe of yur greatness! I've not had to remove the bonnet, but I have never been able to get that panel out without removing the side mouldings and they ara a royal bitch to put back on afterwards!

I'm gonna have to try it without removing teh side mouldings, but leaving the bonnet on:D

Hehehehee..........
Just take off the rubber bits and pull out on the end of the window molding enough to pop the ends of the air plenum out.
When you put it back in make sure you pop the ends in first before you put the clips back in - otherwise its a PITA...

Door lock actuator next if I can find one thats a good deal!

MSRP for a fctory heated windscreen is $602.93. You can proibably figure on $150-200 for labor. Don't know if heated glass is available A/M.
