Do the D90 front calipers require new (longer) bolts or will the old Disco caliper bolts work?

I have new pins, just not bolts. I wasn't clear on whether the old bolts will work or not.

Lines? Really? Can a few others chime in about that one...

bring in the old line and tell them you need a line with a bubble flare.

this. just did this over the weekend after tearing one of the hard lines. got a new line from VatoZone and bent it up to fit. about $10.

or you can reuse your old line and just bend it to fit. you just don't want rebend too much and weaken the line.

Well good luck and me don't cross paths too often. Good info though, I'll definitely take note.

I don't actually plan to tackle the conversion for a few months, at best. I plan to add a TruTrack and heavy duty CV joints, but I'm not too eager to drop $1700 at the moment. I would like to avoid tearing my front end apart more than once, so I'll wait until I have everything.

you can unbolt the swivels when you do the 3rd member and not have to tear the hubs apart twice
