mgreenspan said:I saw this episode a long time ago. Their biggest mistake was getting a V8 to resell in the UK. Spoiler... they don't make much money on the sale in the end.
K-rover said:Is it me or does it seem that they never make that much profit on any of their sales? They buy something for $4k put another $2k into it and sell it for $6,500. A lot of work for only a $500 profit!
That said, I still love watching the show!

It started out straight, and got all wavy with a quickness.
Maybe the heat from the Rad?
I would hardly call making 500 BP in ...say 10 days divided by 2 a profit.mgreenspan said:Again. That's the point. It's what one can profit on flipping cars by doing minor restoration work one's self outsourcing the minimum to maximize one's profit.

Looked like it had hit a pole right in the middle, but I guess it could have been warped from heat. I wish they would have purchased five wheels and tires...hate that steel spare on the rear door. Loved the black diamond plate, AND black rivets.LRflip said:Did anyone notice how the front grill was destroyed again by the time they sold it?
