Detroit rear diff in 3rd complete w/stock gears. $570 shipped.

Not a lot of use, stockish size tires and not beat on. Synthetic oil used.

Pinion bearing has some play and should be replaced.

Removed to go ARB front and rear.

In a 5 gallon bucket ready to ship. $700 shipped if YOU make a decent donation to DWeb. Or $750 shipped and I will. :)

It's a REAL Detroit not a tru-trac.

Full time locker. It's not harsh at all, but I don't know what a "soft locker" is - it's not that old. Should fit a d2 just fine as long as you have a proper u-joint rear shaft and not a rag/guibo joint. That said research it yourself please - I know some people have slight issues fitting them as the d1 diff has a thicker flange and can cause issues with mounting bolt thread length.

I've never had problems though - must depend on the truck?
