I have a good working R380 out of a '96 DI that had 117K miles on the odometer. The truck was owned by a long time customer who is a British car nut. Aside from this '96 DI he also sold me his '94 DI a few years ago and still owns an '04 DII Trail Edition, a TR3, '67 MGB and a Jensen Healey.

The gearbox is good, the slave and master cylinders are brand new and still in their boxes. I also have the pedal assembly if someone is thinking of a conversion. I have the shift knob and boot. They're both in good shape, as well. I have the clutch and pressure plate but you should really just by a new set before you install the transmission.

R380 $300 plus shipping.
Master cylinder $50
Slave cylinder $45
Pedal assembly $150
Shift knob and boot $40

$500 for everything, plus shipping.

Zack, let me see if anyone wants the entire assembly before I start parting out the pieces. If I have no bites by the end of the week I can sell you the harness.

I also have the center console for this transmission as well. It's in pretty good condition. One of the four mounting clips for the window switch plate is missing and there are a couple of small plastic pieces broken from the bottom of the cubby but beyond that, it's all there.
