OK guys, here's the deal. I have a 2001 DII that has 298k miles on it and it is still going strong! Recently I towed a trailer and had hooked up the trailer lights using the standard pigtail converter. All went well, until later that night when I drove home and noticed that I did not have dash lights. Then after checking I did not have tail lights on either side. The turn signals and brake lights worked fine. I checked the fuses and the 10amp fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse and everything started working again.
Then two days later the dash lights went out again I checked the tail lights and the left tail light was and is working fine. However the right side tail light is not working. The fuse is good. Today I checked all the bulbs and they are fine. I have power at the pigtail for the trailer, but still no rear tail light and no dash lights. Any help would certainly be appreciated!!!
