Ok, so my dads friends disco just shat itself.

He was driving it on the HWY, when all of a sudden something happened and he lost power while the truck was jerking for a some time.
Pulled over, restarted it, no power, doesn't want to go faster than like 50. Engine sputters, etc.

After going over to his place and scanning it, it has 13 codes, all having to do with Misfires(mianly on the pass side), running rich, damage to cats, AFM, O2 sensors.

When the truck starts it idles "ok", burns EXTREMELY rich, and oil can be seen coming out of the pass side exhaust manifold where it connects to the Down pipe.
Oil smells contaminated of fuel, checked coolant, doesn't seem to be mixing.

My guess is that the Timing chain gear pulley teeth stripped or the chain skipped and everything is happening out of order.

Any idea?
it is a 96 D1. Ran well before with the occasional misfire code.

How about a compression test along with the fuel pressure test. If it's a cam that skipped a tooth or two all your numbers will suck. They all might anyway, but if it's a hole or two, I would not look at the cam timing first. If they are all good, I wouldn't look there at all. Do you know someone with the same MAF you could swap out to see what happens. Good luck.

Oil, Or maybe fuel coming from the manifold. Who knows? A fuel pressure test would let you know i fyou r barking up the right tree, and pretty easy to do.
