The server must be shut down for a certain number of hours a week by an order from the US department of commerce. It appeared that the productivity of the US economy was being affected by all the folks not getting their work done so drastic measures were undertaken.

My servers are down 30 sec every saturday night at 11:30 pm, for a restart.
Not sure why Dweb goes down for a day at a time.

lets not forget this thing is free and runs on donations, both money and peoples time. plus if it didnt go down when else would you get work done?
dont forget this thing is still running on a laptop in a disco for a server.
yes its now a new laptop but still what do you expect.
I think that a long ranger fuel tank would keep the site up longer as the disco would not run outa gas as often.
