We've all had a place to come learn, argue, and meet people for years now. We've been able to rub shoulders with some very interesting folks, and even a few downright bastards. One of us builds beautiful boats, another helped design an important airplane.
There are explorers, humanitarians, office workers, and even... Well... Me, whatever the hell I am.
Without this place, half your vehicles wouldn't even be running, and several businesses wouldn't have been able to achieve the level of success they now enjoy.
Even I've been a little slow, as I'm pretty forgetful, but we've all got at least a few dollars to spare to keep a place running that's been a nice electronic friend for something along the lines of fourteen years now after it's evolution from a little discussion group into a full-grown privately operated forum.
It's been around so long, in fact, that I thought I was writing letters at first, like on the BBS systems of old. That's where the damnable "Cheers, Kennith" at the end of all my posts came from. Now I just can't stop doing it. It would feel... Wrong, no matter how stupid the practice may be nowadays.
I fucking hate typing that.
It's one of the few places on the net now where anything fucking goes. We can curse all we want, call people pussies, and argue until the cows come home. There are others in dwindling numbers, but this is ours.

Get off your asses, and don't give me any bullshit excuses about tight finances. Everyone pisses away money that could be put to good use supporting this site.
