So I was driving the other night and slid on some ice into a curb after which the "check engine" light came on. I got the code read and it came up as P1316, "Spark plug voltage detection circuit fault- Left bank."
The probable causes given by Auto Zone are:
-Poor Connection at the spark plug Voltage Detection Module (VDM)
-Open or short circuit between VDM and ECM
I was just wondering if anyone had experience with this kind of fault. It seems like something simple, maybe a loose wire, but I wanted to check around first.
