F/S D1 roof rack

The rack is in good condition but not perfect. It could benefit from a fresh coat of paint or at the least a touch-up on some of the gutter mounts. Mounting hardware is present and is stainless. I removed it last week while I was reworking the sunroofs and plan to install a SD rack with lights. I might be able to assist with delivery to some areas in the SE if it falls within my travels. It is currently located in Cumming GA just north of Atlanta.

Constructive criticism is welcome but I can hardly see where a Yakima Load Warrior is anywhere close to this rack. I will admit that I do not know the manufacturer of this one or what the actual value is but I have stated OBO and will certainly entertain reasonable offers.

Exactly! And then you have to use this on factory roof bars or additional bars. I don't think I would want this type of basket just mounted on the factory roof rails as on the D1.

Anyway: so what is mine worth? Any idea what brand this is? Are you interested in purchasing?

I searched thru the papers that came with my Disco and found the purchase papers that show an Original Discovery Roof Rack # BA 3180. Still do not know much more than that but, as originally stated: OBO.

If it is the 3180, those racks have a hard time getting more than $200 on here. Several people have had them for sale here over the years, and not many people like the look.

Thanks guys. I agree about the looks as that is why I am replacing it. I based my price on one that was on LR forum and was listed at $500. It was sold for $350 along with a trade of a half rack. But I am open to offers. Looks like it can be disassembled enought to ship by UPS.
