Anybody got pics of their frame braced sliders? I'm thinking of adding some frame supports to my existing sliders as I feel the sliders act as a lever and add a lot of stress to the wimpy sills.

I have an old set of sliders next to my house that actually bolted to the frame and not the sills at all. I will text you pics of the frame mounts tomorrow if you PM your phone number to me. They bolts to the frame horns and the body mount bolts went right through them.

Those are not sliders. Similar mount though. Rockware sliders have a tab that reinforces the slider to arms that mount to outrigger. Iirc These tabs have bunpstops that contact the sill when the weight of the truck is on slider. Bestdesign out there. I abused the heck out of mine with no damage to sills.

Thanks. I have a set of Bottorf sliders. I know, I know.....but they're actually built pretty well. My sills got rusty and weak over time and with the nerf bar acting as a lever the sill basically crushed in upon itself. I'll probably just weld some DOM outriggers to the sliders and to a plate I'll bolt to the frame.
Should have just got the RockStar sliders when I had the chance.

Reallllly? Did he end up with Brad's designs and jigs? I know Brad was trying to find a home for them, wasn't aware that he had.
I'm probably just going to modify the ones I have though. The nice thing about Brad was I could drive to his shop and install the stuff.

The rockware slider mounts linked prior looks similar to what I have seen.
