Are the fender flares new? If not what condition are they in.

I have a friend in Palm Desert if you can drop them off at his house.

I am working out the details for getting them dropped off this weekend. Just making sure my friend will be home this weekend to hold them for me.

I received a PM from Mike that he dropped off the seats and fender flares at my friends house.

I will be picking them up in two weeks. He forgot the lid but said he will drop it off on his next trip past or I will pick it up when I am out there in two weeks.
