The quick version:
D2 w/CDL rear locker
Spent 2 1/2 days on trails
Stayed primarily on class 2/3 trails, short stabs on class 4 trails, wouldn't touch class 5
All 2/3 trails are Rover friendly, some are just nice drives, some offer nice hill climb/rocks/ruts
Class 4 trails usually stopped us over major ruts where we'd get high centered
Beautiful everywhere, very family friendly and stock truck friendly
Warning - most trails are single tracks, other than 2 rated trails
Were the park busy, it would be a backing up nightmare with head on traffic
Mostly 4-wheelers and side by sides there when we wheeled
Harlan County Campgrounds at the trailhead is decent, we camped but they have cabins
Bathrooms are nice and lockable self-contained units good for family
Great state park 10 miles down the road with lovely 38 mile scenic driving trail (part gravel)
Oh yeah, a map is a necessity, but it can still get confusing as it doesn't always match up
Anyway, great trip and we will be back for sure - want to explore more of the 4 rated trails, just not in our daily drivers...

Any damage? Lots of rover-friendly(non-buggy) terrain? How is your truck set up?
