Just completed the following:

new Head gaskets, coils, wires, plugs, injectors, engine mounts and radiator.

Rig ran great for a couple of days, then P0304 popped it's ugly head.

I had P0306 prior to the head rebuild, then the gasket blew into the valley. The gasket was blown @ #6 at about 1 O'clock, but there was evidence of what appeared to be carbon build up on the bolt between #4 & #6, I cleaned the mating surfaces, and looked hard for any evidence of liner slippage on both of those cylinders. The push rods on that side of the engine had more build up on them than the other side. When I went back with the head, that bolt stripped. it almost looked like a heliocoil pulled out. I taped it and put a timesert in and torqued it up no problem. Now I get the P0304......

My mistake, I did not have the heads tested. I have read that carbon build up on the valve could cause this code, but the misfire moving from #6 to #4 makes me think that is not the problem and I have an issue remaining with the head or block between those two cylinders.

before I take it apart again, here is my diagnostics course....

Verify good connections and spark from coils to wires to plugs, compression test, clean MAF.

My question, could a faulty O2 sensor cause a misfire on just one cylinder? Any thing I am missing (other than the head or block being tested) Does it make sense that the head could be warped between #4 & #6?

Could use some help here.

Update, pulled plug looks good, signal to plug is present. Replaced plug and wire, ran for 1/2 hour, no code. Maybe it was just the connection at the plug......

We'll see.....
