Wrong answer, Marty. What you should have said was "Yeah, I know about those guys, they are a flash in the pan. All hat and no horse. If you want something truly interesting I have exactly the thing. For just $800 I will send you a BECM from a 1997 P38 that may or may not work. Try dropping that into your truck and see what kind of excitement it creates. For an extra $200 I'll include a sticker that says Land Rover Theoretically Impossible Vehicles, #1 of 0."

If you want to be successful in this highly competitive business you have to be two steps ahead of the next guy. With a little innovative marketing like that you could retire to your own private island in the Caribbean next year. With a little creativity and innovation it can happen.

Looks like he has the same one for sale twice, watch out.

Two different ones.. One is an 04 and the other says its an 02.. The 04 has the white roof. The 02 got the full "armor" treatment..

I have applied a known scientific algorithm to calculate the total vehicle weight after application of said 'Kevlar' application and based on a 'known' number (the weight of my '02 SE7) of 4,500 lbs plus the weight of Kevlar at .85 lbs per square foot that beast is coming in around 28,000 lbs. Seems the owner has confused and mis-placed some 'zero's' and transposed weight and mileage.

That said, my slow poke stock-ass has been subject to may 'shots' at Rausch. Might be worth a few extra gas dollars to save me from the likes of the NELRC, nice group of folks, but no mercy when it comes to chop-busting. But even me in all my non modded Rover, lazy maintenance, devil-may-care attitude, scotch drinking, Zac Brown Band loving, campfire tricks like persona just can't help but think that this looks like a a fart smells. Not much to see and plenty stinky.

How did you come up with 28,000 lbs?

At .85 lbs per square foot and 23,500 lbs (only Kevlar)... you can cover over half an acre. (half a football field)
