Funny... There was a black one for sale at the same time I bought my D1 2 months ago in Brooklyn, NY aswell. Maybe all 3 are in NY?? lol

I'm pretty sure Land Rover did it.

They've always been pretty liberal with small runs of silly stuff, and tweaked vehicles that are simply shipped out with everything else.

There are a few people in that company, however, that should be locked in a Freelander anyway.
