I did a search and read 50 posts all the way through, I couldn't find the answer to my question.. first some background:

all my interior lights went out, including the speedo cluster, I then discovered the rear taillights were out too, I replaced fuse 12 13 14 and nothing, I went as far as to buy the headlight switch from the parts wasnted section, and was ready to iinstall when I discovered a post saying it might be fuse #8, low and behold replaceed fuse #8 and yep I have a speedo, as bright as the day the truck rolled off the line in 1995, and taillights.

but now........... I have no illumination in the clock, HVAC controls.

The radio illumination is fine.

is there a fuse I missed or are the bulbs for these controls? and if so where are they and how do I replace.

It isn't uncommon for the HVAC lights to not work. Pull the clock out, there are three wires, hot, ground and lighting. Test for power to the lighting circuit.

what do I do if there is no power to the lighting circuit?
