Do you have a pic of how they sent it back to you? Seems hypocritical to tell chastise you about inadequate packaging and then they send it back poorly packaged. Whether your unit was damaged or not they should have sent it back packaged as if it were a new fridge.

Thats fucking awesome.. they smacked the UPS label right on the lid of the fridge and taped the lid closed. Yeah I can see the pride they take in the product's care.
And it looks like it has even newer dents on the lid now. Bonus love from Ironman customer service.

It would be foolish to engage at all; and certainly not here. Best thing for them to do at this point is ignore the affair entirely and wait for it to blow over.

That fridge looks like it's be ridden hard and put up wet. It's looks quite a bit worse from when it initially left, definitely new dents in various places. Fix that bitch, I need my fucking ARB fridge back for traveling this summer.

Dan's was broken. That doesn't mean it was a bad product. Of course, there's nothing saying it's a good product, either. He just had a broken fridge.

My Ironman has been fine, had it since 2013, mostly mounted in my D1 and more recently in the 3. Survived shipment over here in its original box fine.

Its not an Engel of course, but I wasn't expecting that when I bought it.
