I have not been to Dayton. Toledo is O.K. Cleveland sucks even more than Columbus. It's like Youngstown without the jobs. Cincinatti is actually kinda nice.

On the other hand... Why in the Hell would anyone want to deal with the god awful traffic everyday? Hell it takes 20 minutes to go 3 miles. Oh and where are all of the trees?

I cant imagine why anyone would want to live in the northeastern mid-west (or whatever the hell it's called) - IL, IN, OH, MI - or the northeast (except for VT, NH, ME). Overall, they just seem like shitty areas.

Now karma will get me and I'll find myself moving there...LOL

I thought the same thing when I interviewed for a job in Tulsa.

I'm just kidding, but seriously. I agree with you.

...I wouldn't. But having been to Broken Arrow, OK, I can say the same. :bigok:

columbus is gay ohio, literally.

cleveland has a bad stigma because of the economy. I sure as fuck wouldnt want to live in youngstown over cleveland.

and please do not say toledo or dayton are better than cleveland. hell, oxford ohio is better than dayton and toledo, at least the chicks are smoking hot

LOL! I was born and raised in Memphis, TN then moved to Nashville after college. TN is God's country - well, middle and east TN. AR and MS can fight for west TN.

Anyway, I thought the same thing about OK. I thought, how bland can you get! Then I drove through it three times (moving out west twice and back - to Arkansas - inbetween), and kept thinking OK sucks. Well, karma got me and I took a job in OK outside of Tulsa (hence my karma comment about moving to the NE). So now I have gotten used to OK and I really like it. I like the weather variety (except during the summer - still too hot), I like the western feel (though not a replacement for AZ, UT or CO), low humidity, geographical variety, and good economic climate.

So yes, OK can be a bit bland, but at least it isnt dirty, overcast and gray! LOL

North-Western Michigan, even the lower peninsula, is a very nice place to live. I'd live in Traverse City.

Yeah, that's spot on. The northwest of the lower peninsula of Michigan along the shores of Lake Michigan is magnificent. Northeast Wisconsin is pretty damn sweet too. I used to go up to Sturgeon Bay every month or so on business and I love it up there. If I were ever so unfortunate to have to move back to the midwest, I'd try to get up there.

You must have bumped your damn head on something. This is some of the best white tail hunting on earth. A couple of hours north is the Walleye Capitol Of the World.

BTW. I will agree with Indiana. It is way too flat and all of the clocks are fucked up.
