There seems to be some confusion as to the location of the knock sensor(s) on a '97 D1. They're on both sides of the side of the block, midway from top-to-bottom and front-to-back, right?
The last guy I talked to at British Pacific is telling me they're on the heads, not the block. Just want to make sure I'm ordering the right sensor... last mechanic to work on it broke the sensor top off and never said anything. Love it.
