Yeah their great. Maybe they will have some D2's in stock that magicly have the check engine light come on from sitting. Which is normal. Or a P38 on bumbstops, which is also completly normal.

They are terrible, stay clear. Try Red Mountain Rovers in Birmingham, great guys, nice rigs and they won't lie to your face.

Yeah, BV is alternately shady and reputable. I've heard both from fellow club members here in town.

I'd steer clear.

I had a good expirence at the LR Buckhead dealer. Friendly guys and knew their stuff. If your looking to purchase make the ride to Red Mountain Rovers

I appreciate the advice. Im heading towards ATL in the next week to look at rovers so i guess i will have to check around. All of the BV rovers seem so overpriced.

I've known the guys at Bear Valley since they opened the place - even bought a few cars from them. I think they do a pretty good job of selecting some of the best available Land Rovers from the dealer auctions and they have had thousands of Land Rovers pass through their hands so they have a lot of experience with the brand. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them and have sent them quite a few customers over the years. I know folks who have purchased as many as six vehicles from Bear Valley so they have had a pretty good repeat customer base. At one time their prices were significantly better than the main dealers due to their lower overhead and volume - not sure how their prices compare lately as I haven't been Rover shopping for years. If you're in Atlanta I'd be sure to swing by and take a look. At Hennessey Buckhead be sure to see Todd Miller or Brian Bruder - good guys and very supportive members of Solaros.
