i wouldn't be ready to sell until fall / october but this is what I have:
1999 Disco 1, Dark blue. ~140K miles on the clock.
Front bumper is by Rovertym with Husky 10K winch & masterpull Superline XD synthetic cable and two Dixon-bates tow jaws.
Rear bumper is by TJM, both bumpers were professionally sand blasted and painted last year.
Rock sliders by Marc Olivares, curved to match the doors.
Defender Steering relocation kit and heavy duty Rockware panhard and track bar linkage.
Defender 90 front brake upgrade (rotors and calipers) ~5000miles ago
Frame sliders by Rockware
Diff guards, front and rear Atlantic British
Pinion guards, front and rear by Rockware
4,10 gears installed by Great basin rovers
Rear detroit locker installed by Great Basin Rovers
24 spline maxidrive axles from Great Basin Rovers
Front Detroit True Track installed by Great Basin Rovers
OME HD 2" lift springs all around
OME matching shocks all around
EE spring retainers in rear
235/85 BFG MT tires, 50% tread
Land Rover 130 HD steel rims, painted white.
Land Rover Factory trailer harness
Rare Safety Devices heavy duty Roof Rack same as Camel trophy (not the standard SD rack) with custom made stainless steel expanded metal flooring.
Land Rover rear ladder
2 Hella 4000 lights on front of rack
1 hella LED work lamp on rear of rack
1 3ft x 5 ft awning on rack
Marc Olivares rear door table
RRC seats inside with a fresh headliner recovering, no sunroofs. Interior is a 6 or 7 out of ten on how it looks.
Land Rover Factory Dog Guard
body is okay, it has some bumps here and there and faded paint.
Frame and structure is great, and really quite low on rust. nothing that is a burning issue.
New Cats and exhaust ~5000miles ago
Engine runs fine, no oil leaks (not enough to mark the ground anyway)
No known issues with the truck. I'd want to do a good once over prior, but yes I'd drive it across the country.

Looks like he's already dropped the asking price by 2,750. But I'm curious what's a HAM radio worth? IMHO it seems he's about 5,000-8,000 (depending on how much you value meticulous work) above FMV for a modified D1.

Im thinking about selling my 97 SE7 somewhere in the 4k range. 2" OME lift, RTE steering arms, diff guard. BRand new 235/85/16 cooper ST's. Recent head gaskets. Im in central PA.
