LR3 TCM P0783-64 Code

As the title says, I have a 2006 LR3 with 161K miles and it has the following codes:

P0783-63 3-4 shift
P0730-00 Incorrect gear ratio
P0735-00 Gear 5 Incorrect ratio
P0873-62 3-4 shift

I believe the transmission is slipping/has internal failure. It still drives beautifully, but it would act sometimes in 3-4 shift. My question to the forum is do you believe it needs a new transmission/refurb or just pulling the mechatronics and service it as well as changing the solenoids and other small trans parts? Let me know.
