So I was on a NATO base yesterday and saw a little mini fleet (3)of up-armored LR3s. Looked great. Couldn't get pics as it was a no photograph area.

I assume they were for some Brit General. Did get a photo of me and a Defender 130 but the pic was to large to upload on D-web.

Expect more worthless posts from me as we are in lockdown till the elections are over and I'm bored:banghead:

How is the grippod?

Not bad. Not as stable on the ground as the factory bipod but better for shoulder fire. I'm in and out of vehicles all the time with it so the grip works better for me.

I bet that thing is heavy, how much does it weigh?

Its not as bad as you would think. I don't know the exact weight. Now a 240 bravo or gulf is much heavier than the 249 SAW. I'm still learning my belt fed weapons and I'm sure there are guys on this board that know much more about them than I do.

I prefer this :D
