So I realize it might not matter at this point but I was reading through the thread and had an idea about the locking off the transfer case. It seemed easy enough to lock it up the problem is making it selectable, why not leave it fully locked all the time and Make the front hubs selectable, seems like it would be easier to find some locking hubs that would work.
