I had a problem with cat and evap readiness test not being ready. Then I took it for it's drive cycle. Sure enough the Evap, became ready, cat did not. There are no pending codes and no perm codes, no codes at all. When I use my tester to query the non-continuous tests under mode 6, one reading is high. The test I believe test $3 component $02. Does anyone have a chart to decode the hexadecimal read outs?
I'm pretty much stuck, Indiana changed the rules from two unready to zero so I can't get it plated until the cat monitoring completes.
