Multimeter to check PH in antifreeze?

I tried a search, but didnt see anything.
Has anyone done or heard of this before? Is it legit? Here is the link:

He is not measuring pH that is for sure. pH is measured (electronically) by measuring electric potential of the hydronium ion across a water permeable glass membrane (a pH meter). He is probably measuring voltage from electrolysis or something that takes place once the coolant gets acdic, so there is a correlation between the voltage and the pH. If you want to measure pH cheaply get some pH paper from a pool supply store.

He's measuring in a sideways manner the oxidation potential of the solution under test.

You'd be far better off just dumping, rinsing and refilling your radiator with good coolant and distilled or deionized water.

Just more puzzle palace crap to confuse and sell coolant flushes. I spent my whole life working in high end car dealerships and not one manufacturer has ever asked me to measure the voltage drop accross anybodys coolant system.
