Hey guys, my fuel pump relay is bad (i'm hoping) but none of the local shops have a part number for the relay. My stealership wants $60 for the relay and they have to order it. I'm sure there's a relay that can work but I need a part number if anyone has it.
Thanks in advance!!!

just logged on to my WORLDPAC program. Fuel Injection relay has a list of $21.14. Rover part# AFU 2913L. Bosch/WorldPac# : 0 332 014 112.

That's the wrong one Neil. The GEMS trucks use the multi-function fuel pump/fuel injection relay. The one you posted is for a Lucas truck. World-Pac shouldn't be used as one's only reference, LOL, my wife's employer has just recently taken over their catalogging, give her some time to get it fixed!

P/N YWB100820L $60 bucks is a bargain.

That said, if you're familiar with RRL, you can bust open the box and replace the relays inside with ice cube relays, but be aware that sometimes, the coils have diodes in series with the windings. Lack of the diode will reuslt in battery going flat overnight-very common in Lucas trucks if the worng relay is used.

Okay, so I was having problems w/ my fuel pump. It would go out but if i kicked the tank it would work on occasion. Now it seems like maybe it was just coincidence that it would run after a tank kick. I figured it was the pump and replaced it. The pump still didn't work, only then did I start testing. The relay doesn't "vibrate" like the ones around it when the key is turned on, and there is no power to the plug going to the fuel pump. My buddy and I tested the relay but it didn't seem to make sense, can't remember what the readings were but it didn't seem power was going through the relay. This is the reason that I think its the relay... So the YWB part # is the land rover part no.? Is it possible to get one at a parts store or am I stuck going dealership route? I may try to pull one off of a wrecked disco in town.

Funny IMC shows the same part number. SHHHSH

I thought that the D1 had two different relays both multifunction black in color about 3" x 5". One being advanced evap or one being non/advanced evap.
