Is this saying that there is no more reciprocation between states for concealed carry permits?

The law that congress tried to pass would have made reciprocal agreements between all states that allow concealed carry. The law not passing doesn't break the current agreements between states.

Doesn't matter to me, I have my lifetime CCW permit and am glad to live in a state where such things are available to me.
