Yes, apparently after much hunting for the mistery MTF94, or lucky you who can get RedLine MTL (in Europe no way), now LandRover, since 2005, issues a new TSB for "legacy" vehicles in which oil and coolant specifications are changed.
Where MTF94 was stated for a manual TRanny, now they recommend Dexron III (when before dexron II was deemed as "not good, only-as-last-chance"

Aluminum V8s pre D2 (D1, D90-110, and Classic RR) with ethilene-glycol based coolant
Ali V8s D2 and P38 with the infamous OAT, as Freelander 2
Ali V8s post D2 (D3 and RR L322), no longer with OAT but with new BASF-Spec ethilene glycol-based coolant

Please find attached TSB.

But... they still don't list alternatives to ACE/PAS fluid... and Texaco-branded cold climate PAS fluid is not available currently in southern Europe. Ate least, I have been unable to find it.

At present a run a mixture of the suppaduppa LR fluid and plain Dexron II to refill when it developed the leak. I wonder if I can drop Dexron III there as well

Happy wednesday to everyone.

Thanks all for this superb forum.
Will keep you updated about my multiple ACE-HG-oil leaks-bushes-self-destroy issues, all at a time!

At present the D2 is off the road and I'm using my 300 Tdi RRC which, in turn, is waiting for a new rear diff and a headlining....

Cheers from sunny Spain
