Not technical, but $190.00 for brand new ABS Modulator

I hope this isn't the wrong board to place this in...

There is a guy on ebay selling new Wabco ABS Modulators Part #: SRB101203 for $190. He has impeccable user feedback numbers (2268 of them) and he has responded to every message I sent. So I feel this is a safe opportunity to pass on.

Downside? I was sitting on the purchase until today before sharing it (greedy, I know) Well some guy in Asia purchased the whole lot of 10 of them but apparently isn't paying. I just asked and he posted one on a buy it now for me.

probably stolen? or a dealer dumping NOS parts. AB wants like 2k for one.

if its really an abs modulator that is an exceptional deal. make sure its not an abs pressure reducing valve. sometimes people interchange the two. the abs prv is about 180 dollars

I hear you John. I just received the tracking information and should have it by the end of the week or Monday at the latest. I will be sure to keep the thread informed.

In the mean time. ~$2000.00-$190.00= ~$1,810.00 in savings. I will be the test subject for that kind of savings. To good to be true, maybe... but we shall see.

I just checked and doesn't appear to be any left. I'm going to keep an eye on it though...great price fo sho!

Just wanted to chime in here and let you know that if you message that guy and ask him about the lot of 10 that he had up he will likely put one up for you and email you the link. That's what he did for me.
