oil light flicker 95D1

Its been getting pretty warm lately and I noticed my oil light starting to flicker after driving for a while... It flickers and idles up & down, but has not died out yet.

Can this be oil sump issue? the truck has 167,000 on the clock!

Any feedback greatly appreciated!

The first step is to check oil level. It could be the crud in the oil pan. I had a similar issue with my LWB. All of a sudden, the oil light came on. Pulled the pan, found some crud, cleaned it out and was fine.

The kid is coming home next week, want him to bring it here?
