Old Man Emu Spring question

I just received my OME springs and while looking at them I see that 1 pair is labeled Drivers side and Passenger side, the other pair is labeled right side /left side.....what side is the right side.what side is the left side???? if im sitting in the drivers seat,the passenger side is obviously the "right" side, but if im loking at the grill from outside, the drivers side will now be the right side...what gives? is one spring longer that the other?

Why don't you check with your retailer? I'm sure that they can help.

Right side/left side is when you're looking down on the vehicle with it facing forward. Driver is left.

The springs marked 'left' go on the right side of the vehicle (passenger).

Thats because the OME's are originally designed for RHD vehicles.

Sven is correct, OME's are Australian, and they drive on teh Right.
Also check out http://www.britishpacific.com/offroad/emu.html#install
as they have a table showing the free height of each spring. The most important thing to remember is tallest springs go on drivers side!
I went through the same issues with mine when i changed to OME's, and following this table helped.

Ok Im officially confused. on a RHD vehicle,even thought the drivers side is on the "right" its actually the "left" side of the vehicle????

On right hand left hand is based on you seating in the driver seat.

left hand drive or right hand drive.
