I went to Couples Towers Isle is Ocho Rios. No kids all inclusive. Scuba diving trips daily. Take the bottles of liquor in the mini bar to the guys at the dive shop and you'll be on the boat right often. I didn't want to come home.

Enjoy it.

Tim,

Rent a house in Hawaii. VRBO, or "HomeAway". We just booked a 2br for $225/night. Luxury villa on the beach. Steal.

I'll toss a suggestion in here. Ocotal, Costa Rica. Far from tourists and private. http://villaocotal.com/ Shitty website, but one of the best trips I've taken to a warm climate. Private house we had to ourselves and a few family members. On site bar tender, cooks and waitstaff. 24/7 stocked bar and live music every other night. Even had a daily concierge that provided everything we would want to do off site. Not a scuba person though. Some great fishing though - rooster fish, mackerel, HUGE amber jack.....

Another area worth checking out is Tulum, Mexico. http://www.papayaplayaproject.com/ This place is cool - pretty remote, local yocal town, great food. Though we stayed down in Playa del Carmen. Pretty easy to get to and not a long ass flight.
