Its all 3/16" plate. Where it bolts to the diff I doubled the plate at the diff and welded another plate under it to go under the pinion. This gave alittle extra room incase a rock bends it up. Since I put sides on the pinion guard I drilled a hole in the center of the yoke to allow mud and water to drain as well as to get a greese gun in there if needed.
I took the pictures while doing a test fit so ignore the odd looking bolt and primer.
I also have since welded a bracket to the rear that is bolted to my diff cover for alittle added strength.
