Pinion/diff guard

I like it, we are working on something similar (possibly for sale) in the near future. My drain plug is pretty banged up.

Its all 3/16" plate. Where it bolts to the diff I doubled the plate at the diff and welded another plate under it to go under the pinion. This gave alittle extra room incase a rock bends it up. Since I put sides on the pinion guard I drilled a hole in the center of the yoke to allow mud and water to drain as well as to get a greese gun in there if needed.

I took the pictures while doing a test fit so ignore the odd looking bolt and primer.
I also have since welded a bracket to the rear that is bolted to my diff cover for alittle added strength.

Post up what you think and what you would change.

looks good, make what suits your application best. As long as it's functional and it's what you want on your truck, I would keep it.
