Yeah. I'd say it might be valued at that after labor if it's actually been rebuilt. But seeing as how reputable companies have flat out said they would vin swap if asked to and paid, I wouldn't trust anything in new condition. Getting a 110 rebuilt with nearly everything new(galv chassis, new interior, refurb 300tdi ashcroft trans, true tracs, new paint job, etc.) will cost £27000 give or take a little bit depending on what you have to begin with and its condition.
