I'm about to do my 60K maintenance, but I'm unsure how to change the PS fluid. I checked the archives and also read the Rave CD, the only thing I could find is how to bleed the system. Is there a way to drain and refill or do I have to 'bleed' all the PS fluid out through the bleed nipple?

Don't worry about it, it will leak enough to effectively change the fluid.

I went to O'Reilly's and bought a suction pump (about $15). I sucked out the fuid in the reservoir, filled with new, started the truck, turned the wheel side-to-side, and turned the truck off. I did this about 4 times. May not get all of the fluid to new quality but it seemed to be much smoother when turning. I had a slight "catch" or something when making sharp turns. This process eliminated that problem.

Thanks to Mike J. for the idea...

Yeah, the turkey baster would work... I just used the suction pump because I could get all of the fluid in the reservoir with one draw of the pump.
