So I went to the junkyard and found a good looking radiator from a 96 ($65, not too bad), was even still full of antifreeze, I'm going to clean it up, flush it out and get it rodded or recored depending on what the radiator shop says. Hopefully this fixes the issue. Thanks a lot for everyone's input!

You could also try Jim's Radiator, in Point Pleasant. Ive used them many times for different stuff.
Tried another place, they said $500 for 3 row, $600+ for four row. Just called Jim's in Point Pleasant, he said I probably don't want to recore it, but buy a new one, he's going to call me back with a quote.
