Disco Jen, what you need to do is go to the closest parts store and ask for Brake Quiet. It is
like a graphite substance that is applied to the pad material itself. Read the directions on how long it stays on the pads before reinstalling the pads. You will have to use some sandpaper or other
abrasive material to remove the glaze from pads and rotors, before applying. Then on the back of the pad, using high temp brake grease, lubricate all of the back of pads even the sides. (Do not get the grease on the pads though). Sometimes high pitch frequency noises occur when the pad is moving around when braking, thus the noise is coming from the back of the pads. Hopefully doing both of these things will eliminate the squeak.
